This Sales Agreement applies to all sales.

Warranty

• HDF will pass all manufacture warranties to the customers
• HDF sells Protection that you can buy for a fee, at the time of purchase only (click here)

Pick-up

• Pick-up is free
• Please make sure to call with the style Number to see how long for pick up.
• HDF will contact you and schedule a pick up date for you.

Delivery

• After you check-out HDF will ship the item within 48 hours, items will be shipped with one of the following companies UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL (our choice) 
• If delivery has been made, customer cannot return merchandise if opened from original packaging.
• If goods were not opened, HDF will charge a 25% restocking fee, and  any remaining balances will be applied to in store credit as long as our personnel is still on the customer(s) premises.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to be at home when item arrives.
•  HDF is not responsible for merchandise after 72 hours of delivery, please make sure to test you product upon arrival.
• A deliver charge will be charged to customer(s).

Cancellation

• A 25% cancellation / restocking fee will be charged if customer(s) chooses to cancel any order (floor samples and layaways vary).
• After customer(s) has picked up goods or received delivery HDF will not refund any goods after they been opened from there original packing. If goods was not opened HDF will charge a 25% restocking fee, and will not give cash back (only store credit)
• HDF will not refund any down payment made on any layaway nor render any store credit or cash back.

Defected & Damaged Items

• It is the customer responsibility to check item in case of a defect, HDF will not be responsible for any defect after 72 hours of item Delivered.
• If your item is Defect please email us for an RMA NUMBER at RMA@homedream42.com and include your Contact information and Invoice Number on the email.
• HDF is not responsible if an item is Damaged after 48 hours of Delivery, If item arrives Damaged please email us at damageditem@homedream42.com
